Custom CRM
This client wanted a system which integrated with a client facing application which we had built for them a few years earlier. The client previously managed all interactions with clients via a shared email with team members all using the same inbox. Resulting in confusion for the team and an inability to track interactions with clients, report on the data gathered and, most importantly, many missed opportunities. We replaced this work flow with a system which allowed the team to efficiently process clients request through integrations with Gmail, Google and custom systems, delivering value for the client, the sales and operations team members and the organisational management.

We leverage a number technologies to ensure menus load instantly for the customer. A Vue JS serverless frontend provides a fast and professional user interface for the customer.
